CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Due to our time sensitive appointments if you are more than 5 minutes late you may risk losing your appointment.
Please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule!

  • We require parental signature on our Health form for anyone under 18.
  • Must be 18 or older for Brow or Lash Tints and Lash Lifts and Tints.
  • A Credit or Debit Card on file is required prior to any Lash Lift appointments or appointments longer than 60 minutes. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

If you do not cancel or contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be considered a no-show for that appointment and your card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
